Self-hosted rank tracking · buy once

Rank tracking you own, at cost price.

Semrush and Ahrefs both start north of $100 a month, for ever. ReplaRank is $399 once — you run it on your own server, bring your own search-data key, and pay the data company directly at their prices. Roughly 1.6¢ a rank check.

Source code. No licence server. 12 months of updates.

What it does

It tells you where you stand. And, unusually, why.

Every rank tracker says a keyword fell from 14 to 40. Almost none tell you the page started returning a 404 three days earlier.

Page checks

The reason a keyword dropped

Reads the pages that actually rank — not a domain you typed — and reports a 404, a redirect chain, a noindex, robots.txt, or a canonical pointing somewhere else. Free: it’s plain HTTP, no data provider involved. Alerts you the day a ranking page breaks.

What to push

One ordered list, biggest win first

Groups every keyword by how little work the next step needs — page two before page one, page one before the top three. Nothing is ever offered position 1, because telling somebody at 45 what they’d earn at the top is a fantasy dressed as a forecast.

Search Console

Real clicks beside the estimate

Connects to Google Search Console — free, with a robot account you create and can revoke — and puts your actual click figures next to the estimate, so you can see how close the published curve is to your reality.

Research

The questions people really ask

Keyword ideas, suggestions, related searches and the People Also Ask tree, with the price of each depth shown before you spend it. A two-level question map costs about 1.5¢.

Backlinks

Whole link profile, and the rot in it

New links, lost links, anchor mix, referring domains and spam scores. Finds the link-selling networks pointing at you — the ones whose anchor text is literally “High Quality Dofollow Backlinks”.

Competitors

Who beats you, and on what

Rivals found from your own results, head-to-head on every keyword, and the gap list of things they rank for and you don’t. No extra fetches — it reads the pages you already paid for.

What it costs to run

One fetch of a result page serves every site that asks for it.

Check the same phrase for your own site, for four competitors, and for another client in the same country — that’s one purchase, not six. It’s the single design decision that makes self-hosting cheaper than a subscription rather than just different.

Those are real figures from a real install, not a model. You set a monthly ceiling and work waits at the line rather than failing — and because the key is yours, we never see the money.

Built for more than one

Brands, websites, keywords — in that order.

A brand is a customer. Each one has its own websites, its own keywords, its own logins and its own spending limit, and none of them can see another. It’s the same structure whether you run three of your own sites or forty for clients.

Your AI can drive all of it

50 MCP tools, so Claude can add keywords, run research, read backlinks and answer “why did this drop?” without you opening the app.

Reports clients can open

Shared links with no login, scheduled emails, CSV out. Under your name, not ours.

Runs on a small box

One SQLite file, no database server, no queue, no Redis. A $5 VPS is genuinely enough.

Price

Buy it once. It doesn’t expire.

Which licence you need depends on whose websites you track — not how many servers you run or how many people use it.

Agency

For tracking clients’ websites and charging them for it. As many clients as you like.

If you’d rather not

We install it for you

On your server, your domain, HTTPS, nightly backups, your first account made and your data provider connected. You still own everything.

Or don’t run a server at all

We host it — $79 a month

On our infrastructure, updated and backed up. Cancel whenever; you keep the licence and we hand you the database.

30 days of setup support and 12 months of updates are included with both licences. After that, updates are $49 a year if you want them — and your licence never stops working if you don’t renew. You simply stay on the version you have, forever. There is no licence server and nothing switches off.

Because you get the complete source code the moment you buy, sales are final once you’ve downloaded the files; if you haven’t, you can cancel within 14 days. The full terms are here.

Before you buy

What it deliberately isn’t.

Four things that are true, and that a sales page usually leaves out.

It has no search data of its own

Nobody’s does. Every rank tracker buys from the same handful of suppliers, and the subscription price is that cost plus a margin plus a business. ReplaRank cuts out the margin, not the cost: you open a DataForSEO account, paste the key, and pay them directly. If you won’t do that, this isn’t for you.

A position is not a promise

Rankings differ by the minute, by where they’re checked from, and by who’s looking. The app reports what it measured and says so. Don’t build a client guarantee on a number in here being exact — ours or anybody else’s.

You need a server

A $5 VPS is enough, and the installer does the rest — but somebody has to own it. If you’d rather not, take the hosted option above and let us.

Estimated traffic is estimated

“Visits to gain” comes from a published cross-industry click curve, not a measurement of your site, and the app labels it as an estimate everywhere it appears. Connect Search Console and your real figures sit beside it, so you can judge the gap yourself.

Stop renting the view of your own rankings.

$399, once. Source code, your server, your data provider, your data.
